Bob,
Sounds great, but most individuals do not really know what is already public about them or that can be derived from cross matching software. If it is on google of facebook is one thing but another if via a government open records database or FOI. The only way I see this working is to create a standardized location that individuals can view what is public/business first and have the opportunity to opt in/out,edit/purge/delete if necessary. On the other side of things, I think it would be more polite to the person you are screening to give them a heads up that you are screening thier public data before your meeting? What would happen if she screens me before our first date and finds out I live with my mom at 38 years old! This boils down to user centric identity management at its core. We will have to get there soon. No, I do not live with my MOM!
